1. General- These Terms and Conditions govern all payments made through authorized payment gateway on our website (www.resumef5.com) for Resume Writing & Career Branding Services (“Services”). By proceeding with payment, you agree to these Terms.

 

2. Services Offered- Resume writing and career branding services, including resume optimization, executive branding, and related add-on packages. The scope of services will be as per the package selected at the time of purchase. No physical products are shipped; all services are delivered digitally.

 

3. Pricing and Payment- All prices listed are in INR (₹) unless otherwise specified. Payment is collected securely via authorized payment gateway. You may pay using Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or Wallets supported by authorized payment gateway. Once payment is completed, you will receive an automated confirmation email.

 

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy- Due to the digital and personalized nature of resume writing services, payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of payment if no work has started. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 working days through authorized payment gateway.

 

5. Delivery Timeline - First draft resumes are usually delivered within 5–7 working days after receiving all required inputs from the client. Urgent or priority delivery options may be available at additional cost.

 

6. Client Responsibilities- You agree to provide accurate and updated career details, achievements, and supporting documents. Delays in providing information may result in extended timelines.

 

7. Liability Disclaimer- Our services are designed to improve career opportunities, but we do not guarantee any job placement, interview calls, or offers. We are not responsible for third-party actions, recruiter decisions, or market conditions.

 

8. Confidentiality- All personal and career information shared with us will be kept strictly confidential and used only for the purpose of creating your resume. We do not share client data with third parties, except as required by law or payment gateway processing.

 

9. Governing Law- These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

10. Secure Payment Policy- All payments for ResumeF5 services must be made only through the official ResumeF5 website and our authorized payment gateway.

• Do not transfer money directly to any employee’s or sales representative’s personal bank account, UPI ID, or wallet.

• ResumeF5 will not be responsible for any loss, fraud, or unauthorized transactions made outside our official payment system.
